Workshops with LEGO® bricks
LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a facilitated workshop methodology that uses LEGO® bricks to enhance creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving. Developed by LEGO® in collaboration with organizational development experts, LSP is based on the premise that everyone has the potential to think creatively and solve complex problems.
In an LSP workshop, participants are guided through a series of exercises where they use LEGO® bricks to build models representing their ideas and insights. The process is designed to help participants develop a shared understanding of complex problems and find innovative solutions through a collaborative and playful approach.

The key principles
LSP principles include hands-on learning that stimulates creativity, shared meaning-making with visual representations, collaborative problem-solving, and inclusivity and diversity to ensure every voice is heard and respected.
LSP has been used in a wide range of settings, including business, education, and community development. Its versatility and effectiveness have made it a popular tool for team building, strategy development, innovation, leadership development, and change management. Additionally, LSP has been used to address social issues such as poverty, education, and diversity, by promoting participatory problem-solving and community engagement.
Hands-on, experiential learning: LSP encourages participants to engage in hands-on, experiential learning that taps into their creativity and imagination.
Shared meaning-making: LSP promotes shared meaning-making by providing a common language and visual representation for participants to express their ideas and perspectives.
Collaborative problem-solving: LSP encourages collaborative problem-solving by creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute.
Inclusivity: LSP values inclusivity and diversity by creating a space where everyone's voice and perspective is heard and respected.

LGBTIQ+ training for hospitality
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training for hospitality employees and HR managers has become increasingly important in recent years. The hospitality industry serves a diverse customer base, and it is crucial that employees and managers have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to all guests.
Train the Trainer programs have been developed to help HR managers and trainers develop the necessary skills to lead DEI training for their employees. These programs cover a range of DEI issues and practices, including understanding unconscious bias, addressing microaggressions, and creating inclusive workplace cultures. Specific modules focus on LGBTIQ+ guests and how to provide welcoming and inclusive service to this community.

Inclusive Language
Inclusive communication and behaviour in hospitality are critical to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
This includes understanding and using inclusive language, avoiding stereotypes, and demonstrating empathy and respect towards all customers.
Effective communication and behaviour can help to build trust and rapport with guests and create a positive experience for everyone.
I created Q Travel Malta out of love of three main ingredients, being a queer local, Mediterranean Malta and the interest in our LGBTIQ+ community.
Malta has a reputation for being a safe country for LGBTIQ+ travellers. Our heritage has somewhat untold stories about our queer ancestors, and we want to share this whit you while also taking you to the must-see places.
We call ourselves Q Travel Malta to refer to our Queer orientation; our website clearly indicates what we do: queertoursmalta.com is the straight (pun intended) getaway to Malta's best queer tour experience.
Q Travel Malta caters for the B2C and also the B2B market. Let's get in touch and spend your pink dollars with a real rainbow organisation that is proud all year round and not only in PRIDE month!
